Please send your Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume electronically to Tonix. You can either submit this online with your application now or send later with an email. Please include, if possible, names and contact details of at least 2 referees. One should be your current manager. Your referees will be contacted only with your permission, usually before your Curriculum Vitae / Resume is presented to hospitals / health care providers. Tonix may reformat your CV, adding your Tonix consultant's contact details.
We would appreciate it if you let us know if are using more than one agent or if you are doing your own individual applications. New Zealand is small place and we all work with the same health providers.
Once you have received the information from the registration board, please complete and return to the registration board all requested documents as soon as possible to begin processing. For the Medical Council, documents are sent after a job offer has been made.
Your Tonix consultant will organise a phone interview at a time convenient to you. There may be more than one person interviewing. You will be sent guidelines regarding your interview, a copy of the job description, details of your interview panel and confirmation of the date and time for the interview.
After a successful interview, a job offer will be presented with a commencement date that is negotiated on your behalf.
Commence your application process with New Zealand Immigration to obtain your visa to work and live in New Zealand.You require a job offer as well as evidence of your New Zealand Registration for this process to be finalised.
