The team at Tonix Health Recruitment has extensive knowledge and experience in the New Zealand health recruitment industry. Tonix Health Recruitment has offices in Christchurch and Auckland, enabling close working relationships with many health providers throughout New Zealand.

Tonix Health Recruitment brings together six vibrant, effervescent professionals:

Kate Nattrass Jackson
I am a founding director of Tonix Health Recruitment. I registered as a general nurse before travelling overseas and working within the private and national health system in the United Kingdom. When I returned to New Zealand I worked in the community and studied in commerce. I work mostly with registered nurses, midwives, aesthetic technicians and allied health professionals to find suitable employment in New Zealand. Our family loves the tramping opportunities that are on our doorstep and are huge advocates of New Zealand and what it offers everyone.

Linda Sevier
I am one of the directors  of Tonix Health Recruitment really enjoy meeting and working with candidates. My background is as a registered nurse, and I work mainly with mental health nurses and general registered nurses. I am based in Christchurch, living on a small lifestyle property with my husband and two sons, enjoying the space and freedom and my horse riding. As a child I lived in various countries so I fully understand how it feels to move to a new country and a new culture.

Virginia Rhodes
As a  Director of Tonix as well as a recruitment consultant I provide advice and assistance to registered nurses from round the world. I work with all specialty areas with a particular focus on mental health.

I have three school aged children and live by the sea 20 minutes from Christchurch city. We enjoy the balance of work and play with surf, land and snow at our doorstep.   

Annie O'Donnell
I have a background in nursing and business and really enjoy the people I get to work with in health recruitment. My areas of focus are nursing (registered general and mental health) anaesthetic technicians and allied health. I'm based in Auckland, where I live near the sea with my Australian husband, two of our three children (the third is at university in Wellington) and a crazy Jack Russell terrier.

Heidi Ullrich
I am Heidi, one of the Senior Recruitment Consultants working within the Tonix team. NZ is where I call home and my husband and 3 children just love the kiwi lifestyle. I have a background in Nursing and also have worked in my own business as an Independent Midwife in NZ as well as Hospital and Community Midwifery placements in the UK. This has given me an excellent understanding of the differences between the different countries and our health services. I love to travel and have experienced the wonders of Europe, the UK, Australia and the USA. In my work  I specialize in the recruitment of Midwives and Nurses and love helping and supporting candidates through the recruitment and selection process. NZ for me is everything you could ever ask for.

Anne-Marie Grigg
I am Anne-Marie, I am based in  London where I will work as a Tonix Recruitment/ Liaison Officer.

I have moved internationally twice before with my husband and 2 children so can fully understand what an international move entails. I have a strong administrational background and have worked with many diverse nationalities whilst living in Tonga and Singapore. While we will miss the wonderful lifestyle New Zealand offers we are looking forward to another exciting chapter in our lives residing in the United Kingdom.  I am particularly looking forward to this exciting role with Tonix and the opportunity to work with people who want to move to New Zealand.
