The Cardiothoracic Unit is a 15 bed cardiac and surgical ward that specialises in CABG, valve-surgery as well as thoracic surgeries such as lobectomy and pneumonectomy. The 6 bed Cardiac ICU is the second largest in NZ, performing over 600 bypasses and valve replacements each year. The unit also supports HDU patients. Hours: A variety of hours available: full-time, part-time and casual options available. Key Requirements: Cardiothoracic or ICU experience, current registration, a pro-active, ‘can do’ attitude, excellent communication skills.
