New Zealand's largest private surgical service provider is seeking a Clinical Charge Nurse to manage the day to day operational requirements of their general surgical unit ensuring that service delivery is in line with the hospital's goal of providing world class patient care. The successful applicant will have NZ Nursing Council registration and a current practicing certificate. They will have advanced experience in surgical nursing and previous leadership and management experience. Ideally they will hold a post graduate qualification. Our client is seeking a good communicator with a positive and flexible manner who can provide professional leadership to the nursing team, developing the nursing service and monitoring standards of practice. The ability to be able to effectively develop team work and collaborative relationships within the MDT is a key requirement.
