Kate Nattrass

Founder and Managing Director

The founding Director of Tonix Health Recruitment in 2000, Kate has worked as a registered nurse, both in NZ and overseas. Seeing a need to support overseas nurses with their transition to life in NZ, was a key motivator for starting Tonix. Kate is Christchurch based where she enjoys mountain biking and skiing in the winter, along with the odd Riverside Market latte!

Annie O'Donnell

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Based in Auckland, Annie’s initial career as a Registered Nurse saw her working in a number of locations both in NZ and abroad. An experienced recruiter, having worked in both health and general recruitment, Annie is known for genuinely caring about her candidates and clients. She has a love of travel and hiking New Zealand’s ‘Great Walks’.

Kate Armstrong

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Kate brings a fresh approach to our team with a background in sales, marketing and health management. As a recruiter, Kate builds strong relationships with her candidates and families and gets immense satisfaction from seeing successful outcomes for her candidates. Christchurch is home where she enjoys time with whanau, hiking in the hills with friends and a flat white or two in Sumner Village.

Living the Kiwi Dream in Aotearoa!

It is by choice and faith that we are here, for our family and our loved ones Thankful to God, through his blessings and guidance our dream came to a realisation… and special thanks to Tonix.

From Birmingham to Hamilton

The family arrived into Auckland last month, came out of MIQ and then went straight into a level four lock down in Hamilton. They are so happy to be here and fulfilling a long-time dream

"Kate Armstrong was nothing short of amazing..."

She was there every step of the way guiding me through the processes, which were tedious at times.
