Based in Wellington New Zealand, the Intellectual Disability Service is part of the Mental Health Addictions and Intellectual Disability Services in the wider Wellington Region. They hold national and regional provider contracts for the provision of specialist Intellectual Disability Services.
This is a great career opportunity to join a Service which prides itself on being a centre for excellence and innovation in models of care and professional development. In addition to the existing forensic adult, youth and “step down” services, a new six-bed national Individual Service Unit will open in January 2022 providing quality, individualised care for people with high and complex intellectual disability and mental health needs.
