Are you looking for a new challenge? The Emergency Department in Southland Hospital is currently looking for an additional four experienced Registered Nurses to join their fabulous team on a permanent part-time basis. They have 0.9 FTE (36 hours per week) and 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week) roles available.

About the Service
The Emergency Department is a busy service and provides care for approximately 38,500 attendances every year. They have a triage area, a rapid assessment area, dedicated resuscitation areas, acute, sub-acute and paediatric cubicles. The department carries out all acute care, including full patient resuscitation facilities, management of trauma, fractures, injuries etc. The Department vision is to be a centre of clinical care and customer service excellence. They pride themselves on having a strong focus on customer service and its success is reliant on effective communication and teamwork.

Must have current registration with the New Zealand Nursing Council and a current APC, with the right to work in New Zealand.

Previous ED/acute experience is essential, and you must have at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
